Position Overview

The ERP Operations Specialist will ensure users effectively utilize Epicor and connected ERP tools. The ideal candidate will perform and teach best practices for existing and new ERP functionalities, supporting the platform's development and integration within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with users via phone, email, and chat to provide support.
2. Collaborate across departments to understand business needs and system issues.
3. Manage user roles and permissions within ERP systems.
4. Contribute to ERP development projects and suggest improvements.
5. Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
6. Support end-user training and change management initiatives.
7. Develop and customize Epicor BAQ reports.
8. Support merger and acquisition activities within ERP platforms.
9. Ensure compliance with SOX and industry regulations.
10. Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years supporting Epicor ERP software.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and SOX compliance.
• Proven training and change management skills.

Additional Details

This is a remote position, with occasional travel to other TerrAscend locations. Salary range: $69,000 - $82,000 annually.
