Job summary

Evolution Staffing seeks two ERP / NetSuite Systems Analysts to join its technology team in Mount Laurel, NJ. You will work on NetSuite configurations, integrations, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions to improve business processes.

You’ll lead projects from requirements through testing and deployment, collaborating with Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations to deliver measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience supporting and improving ERP or enterprise applications.
• Experience configuring and customizing NetSuite.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technology solutions.
• Experience with system integrations and APIs.
• Working knowledge of REST services, JSON, SQL, relational databases, reporting, and data validation.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause-analysis skills.
• Experience supporting system enhancements, testing, and deployments.
• Foundational programming experience in at least one language.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
• Ability to independently manage projects and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business users to understand workflows and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Analyze current processes and recommend improvements through configuration, automation, or development.
• Configure and customize NetSuite to support changing business requirements.
• Design, develop, test, implement, and support workflows, scripts, reports, dashboards, integrations, and related applications.
• Develop and support integrations between NetSuite and other enterprise systems.
• Work with APIs, REST services, JSON, SQL, relational databases, and enterprise data.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual or inefficient processes.
• Research and help implement AI-assisted solutions for document extraction, intelligent search, and workflow automation.
• Use system logs, SQL, and analytics to troubleshoot and validate results.
• Create test plans, support UAT, and monitor deployments.
• Maintain technical and process documentation and user instructions.
• Explain technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical users.
• Independently manage projects from requirements through implementation.

We are partnering with a growing organization in the Mount Laurel (South Jersey) area that is looking to add two ERP / NetSuite Systems Analysts to its technology team.

This is not a traditional ERP support or ticket-closing position.

The company is looking for someone who can work directly with business teams, understand how processes are operating today, identify inefficiencies, and build better solutions using NetSuite, integrations, automation, analytics, and emerging AI technologies.

This role offers significant ownership and visibility across the organization. You will independently lead system enhancements, integrations, customizations, reporting initiatives, automation projects, and business-process improvements.

What You’ll Do

• Use system logs, SQL, reporting tools, and analytics platforms to troubleshoot issues, validate results, and identify root causes.
• Create test plans, support user acceptance testing, validate changes in non-production environments, and monitor production deployments.
• Maintain technical documentation, process documentation, testing evidence, and user instructions.
• Explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical users.
• Independently manage projects and enhancements from initial requirements through implementation.

What We’re Looking For
