Job summary

Nikkiso Cryo, Inc. is seeking a Planner I responsible for inputting routings and BOMs to support ERP planning, coordinating with production, procurement, materials, engineering, quality, and logistics for timely lead times and schedule changes.

The role involves organizing work orders, monitoring router steps, expediting as needed, and ensuring system integrity and safety compliance across production processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1–2 years planning/production control experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve routers
• Create and distribute Work Order packages per planning schedule
• Monitor and close router steps upon completion
• Coordinate with department management to determine project status
• Expedite operations to meet schedules
• Inform Purchasing to expedite materials when needed
• Maintain system records, routers, and work orders
• Monitor ERP and shortages to ensure 100% on-time delivery
• Participate in teams to improve processes
• Attend cross-functional meetings to ensure material flow
• Identify and communicate material planning issues impacting production
• Ensure workflows conform to safety regulations
