Job summary

Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases is seeking a Planner I to support ERP-driven planning by overseeing routings and bills of materials. You will collaborate with production teams to schedule orders and align with internal departments to communicate lead times and changes.

The role focuses on maintaining data integrity in ERP systems, coordinating material availability, and ensuring on-time delivery while supporting continuous improvements across planning processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-2 years planning/production control experience preferred but not required.
• Experience using an ERP/MRP system is expected.
• Excellent detail orientation and problem-solving ability.
• Strong communication and teamwork with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Developing, implementing, and improving routing processes and BOM management.
• Create and distribute Work Order packages per the Planning schedule.
• Monitor and close each routing step when completed.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, materials, engineering, quality, and logistics to communicate lead times and schedule impacts.
• Expedite materials to meet delivery commitments and maintain ERP data integrity.
• Ensure 100% material availability and on-time delivery through monitoring indicators.
