Job summary

Signia Aerospace seeks a seasoned Material Planning & Inventory Manager to lead scheduling, material planning, and inventory control at its Vancouver, WA site. You will collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Finance to balance demand, capacity, and inventory while delivering customer commitments.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in planning/inventory roles, ERP/MRP expertise, and aerospace or complex manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or related discipline
• 6+ years of progressive experience in production planning, scheduling, materials management, inventory management, supply chain, or manufacturing operations
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, production planning, inventory management, and manufacturing operations
• Experience in aerospace, complex manufacturing, or related environments preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead production planning and scheduling to align demand with capacity and priorities
• Own material planning and translate demand into material requirements using ERP/MRP
• Lead inventory management and control activities for accuracy and optimization
• Identify capacity constraints and material shortages and coordinate recovery plans
• Develop reporting/tools to improve visibility and drive improvements
