Job summary

Public Consulting Group LLC (PCG) is hiring a Senior Consultant to manage a major ERP migration project for state government clients. You will lead the IV&V activities, coordinate a project team, and ensure all requirements are met with high-quality deliverables.

Located in the southeastern U.S., the role supports PM/QA/IV&V services across public sector programs, and involves travel up to 25% regionally and nationally. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be based in FL, SC, GA, or NC.
• 10+ years of technology experience.
• 5+ years IV&V, project management, QA, or related services for State governments.
• Certified Project Management Professional / PMP.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University.
• Willingness to travel 25% regionally and across the country.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and coordinate delivery with stakeholders.
• Proactively solve complex client problems from pursuit through execution.
• Manage SDLC activities across all phases including business analysis, architecture, software design, development, testing and implementation; provide project oversight.
• Support proposal responses for RFPs and bid decisions.
• Drive strategy to differentiate our approach in the marketplace.
