Job summary

California Dairies, Inc. (CDI) is seeking an IT Business Analyst for Operations to drive ongoing improvement of plant processes. You will work with operations to document current workflows and gather requirements for ERP, MES, and related systems, while serving as a liaison between operations and IT.

The role emphasizes building relationships, analyzing data, and delivering practical process enhancements across the enterprise applications roadmap. Knowledge of dairy operations is a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ERP processes, WMS, TMS, HRIS, Quality Systems, BI and MES
• Ability to build relationships across Operations and IT
• Experience in dairy/food processing is beneficial
• Strong technical, organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Analyze and improve business processes in CDI plant operations
• Document processes and gather requirements for ERP and related systems
• Bridge Operations users with IT and corporate teams
• Develop documentation translating processes into functional requirements
• Engage stakeholders biweekly to review progress and gather requirements
• Troubleshoot ERP/MES/EDI issues and support outages
• Maintain quality standards for IT application activities
