Job summary

California Dairies, Inc. in Fresno seeks an IT Business Analyst for Operations to improve plant processes by analyzing current workflows and gathering requirements for new processes tied to D365 and related systems.

The role coordinates between operations users and IT to ensure clear communication and effective solutions. The ideal candidate has ERP/MES/EDI experience, strong written and verbal communication, and a track record of delivering documentation and requirements that drive enterprise

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ERP processes, WMS, TMS, HRIS, Quality Systems, BI and at least a basic familiarity with MES
• Ability and willingness to build relationships at all levels of Operations and IT
• Dairy/Food processing technology or similar discipline
• Process qualification & validation in the dairy industry
• Strong technical skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Skilled at leading multi-functional work teams
• Strong written and effective verbal communications in team settings
• Leadership, team development, coaching, and/or teaching experience.
• Excellent computer skills for data input, report writing, program tracking.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, specifically related to the ERP, MES, EDI systems and related integrations
• Build relationships with Operations to determine needs and gather priorities for the enterprise roadmap
• Develop and maintain documentation for all business processes within Operations
• Translate process documentation to functional requirements for IT teams and contractors
• Meet with key Operations stakeholders biweekly to review progress and gather new requirements
• Participate in troubleshooting during outages and document incidents for knowledge sharing
• Maintain quality standards for IT Application activities and measure outcomes against SLAs
