California-Dairies, Inc. is seeking a Logistics/Customer Support Professional to handle contract documentation and order processing. The role involves coordinating with sales, logistics, and accounting to ensure timely shipments and accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate will manage inquiries, prepare invoices and shipping docs, and maintain strong customer relations while navigating ERP systems and regulatory paperwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within food industry or similar setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Navision or equivalent ERP.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create contract confirmations, proforma invoices, and related documents.
• Process contracts and sales orders for domestic/export shipments.
• Communicate changes to customers and internal teams.
• Allocate product to orders and review PO/shipping instructions.
• Prepare government certificates and shipping documentation.
• Scan, copy, and courier documents to customers.
• File AES and manage LC documentation per guidelines.
• Print, sign, stamp, and send documents to customers.
• Review LC drafts for compliance with banks.
• Provide weekly contract/shipment status updates to customers.
• Handle credits/rebills and assist with claims with Technical Services.
• Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours; coordinate with Logistics and Accounting.
• Support prepayments of shipments and other duties as assigned.
