Job summary

GTI Fabrication in Tempe, AZ is seeking an ERP Material Control Coordinator to manage BOM data uploads, master data integrity, and ERP configuration for the Arizona site. You will ensure BOMs are current and aligned with production needs, following established processes with the ERP Material Control Lead.

Collaborating with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain, you will handle BOM updates, material requirements, and data quality issues, while supporting cross-site continuity and continuous

Qualifications

• 2+ years in data entry, ERP, material coordination or inventory in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with ERP systems including BOM modules and demand planning.
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle complex data structures accurately.
• Ability to read and interpret basic engineering drawings and BOMs.
• Strong collaboration with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day ERP BOM upload, item setup, and demand maintenance for the site.
• Maintain PBOM currency and ensure accurate supplier/MPN data and PO visibility.
• Process routine demand adjustments and part substitutions as approved.
• Ensure ERP item setup follows standards and prevent duplicates.
