Holley Performance Brands in Phoenix seeks a Mechanical Engineer to manage ERP master data, BOMs, and engineering changes for automotive aftermarket products. You will collaborate across Engineering, IT, Manufacturing, and Sales to ensure data integrity and manufacturing readiness.

The role emphasizes ERP to CPQ integration, process standardization, and continuous improvement through ECOs and NPI support. On-site in AZ with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP master data management, BOM administration, and engineering change control in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of Sage 100 MAS, CPQ systems, product configuration logic, and related data workflows.
• Strong collaboration, documentation, and communication skills with the ability to support cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain item master records within the ERP system (Sage 100 MAS).
• Create, maintain, and revise BOMs and engineering changes for products.
• Audit ERP data and maintain standardized item numbering, product structures, and BOM processes.
• Develop and maintain standardized ERP item creation and BOM management processes.
• Support ERP product data and process improvements for efficiency and visibility.
• Assist with ERP-to-CPQ migrations and integrations; test configurations for accuracy.
• Collaborate with Engineering, IT, Manufacturing, and Sales on data integrity and readiness.
• Resolve BOM, item master, and documentation issues with Manufacturing and Production.
• Investigate production issues related to BOMs, part numbers, and routing information.
• Support ECOs, NPI, prototype validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical support for customer service, including diagnostics and investigations.
• Document technical investigations and corrective actions for quality improvement.
• Coordinate follow-ups and communicate findings to internal stakeholders.
