Job summary

Christensen Arms is seeking a Data Integrity Specialist to ensure the accuracy of manufacturing and inventory data across ERP and related systems at our Gunnison campus. You will maintain BOMs, routings, and part numbers, and support production, purchasing and inventory with clean, verified data.

The ideal candidate will audit data regularly, generate Excel-based reports, and collaborate with Engineering and Supply Chain to resolve issues while documenting procedures and driving data quality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree or relevant manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Comfortable using ERP systems such as Infor or similar enterprise software.
• Strong computer literacy with data entry and email communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and audit data within the ERP system (Infor) and related databases.
• Create, update, and verify Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, part numbers, and inventory records.
• Ensure manufacturing data is accurate, complete, and compliant with company standards.
• Identify discrepancies and work with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and Inventory teams to resolve data issues.
• Perform regular audits to maintain data integrity across multiple systems.
• Assist with new product introductions by entering and validating system data.
• Generate reports using Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve data accuracy and system processes.
• Maintain documentation and follow established data management procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
