Qualifikationen

• Ability to write in explanatory and procedural style for multiple audiences.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Create and maintain AIS documentation, policies, and SOPs.
• Monitor system status and coordinate with vendor for stability.
• Log, troubleshoot, and resolve AIS-related issues and requests.
• Provide AIS end-user support and assist with training.
• Lead internal AIS meetings and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Develop KPI reports and monitor security with Information Security.
