Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• Five years IT experience.
• 3-5 years experience in a Higher Education ERP.
• Proven track record in a technical writing position.
• Ability to write in explanatory and procedural style for multiple audiences.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain AIS documentation, policies, and SOPs.
• Monitor system statuses and coordinate with vendor to improve stability.
• Troubleshoot, log, and resolve AIS issues; communicate outages.
• Provide end-user support and collaborate on training with the ERP trainer.
• Lead AIS meetings and coordinate requirement gathering.
• Ensure security of AIS in line with Information Security standards.
• Develop KPIs and track performance to inform management decisions.
• Oversee ERP licenses, procurement, renewals, and compliance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
