Job summary

Ahern, based in Wisconsin, seeks an IT Applications Specialist to maintain and enhance ERP systems across our offices. You will partner with internal teams and vendors to plan, develop, test, and implement improvements, troubleshoot issues, and improve user experience.

The role involves writing queries, creating SSRS reports, managing RPAs, scripting, and documenting processes to support business needs. 1–2+ years ERP support experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology or related field and 1–2+ years ERP support experience.
• Strong SQL skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, test, and implement system improvements and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot issues through second-level support and improve user experience.
• Write queries, create SSRS reports, and manage process automations using RPAs.
• Develop documentation that supports business needs and enables users to work more efficiently.
