Job summary

Vernovis, Ltd. seeks a Director of IT Project Management to lead enterprise technology initiatives in Cincinnati, OH, including ERP deployments and acquisitions. You will drive end-to-end delivery, governance, and stakeholder alignment across IT and business units.

The role requires deep ERP experience (Dynamics 365 preferred), strong vendor management, and proficiency with Azure DevOps, Power BI, and Microsoft 365. Collaboration with executives and teams will shape strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field is required.
12+ years of IT project management, program management, or technology leadership experience.
Proven experience leading large-scale ERP implementations; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management strongly preferred.
Strong understanding of enterprise applications, integrations, and technology implementations.
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps.
Experience with acquisition integrations, data migrations, and system consolidations.
Strong vendor management and communication skills.
Experience with Power BI, Smartsheet, and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT projects, including ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, and system deployments.
Actively participate in implementation activities including requirements, testing, issue resolution, cutover, and post-go-live support.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies across multiple initiatives.
Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define requirements, priorities, and desired outcomes.
Lead IT integration activities related to acquisitions, including data migration and system consolidation.
Manage external vendors and implementation partners to ensure delivery against scope, timeline, and budget.
Establish effective project governance, Agile processes, and delivery standards.
Develop executive reporting and dashboards to communicate project status, risks, and outcomes.
Reduce reliance on third-party project management resources by strengthening internal project execution.
Provide leadership and mentorship to IT project teams and application specialists.
