Nemours Children's Health is seeking an ERP Business Analyst to support Oracle Fusion Cloud and Strata implementations across Jacksonville, Orlando, Pensacola, or Wilmington. The role is hybrid, acting as a liaison between IS and business units to translate requirements into scalable solutions that improve financial and operational reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years' experience OR Associate Degree with 10–15 years' experience.
• Strong business operations experience with emphasis on the modules.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating to functional and technical specifications.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, analytics, or BI solutions.
• Experience supporting enterprise software implementations or major enhancement initiatives.
• Oracle Fusion Certifications preferred.
• Business Analysis certifications such as CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as functional analyst for Oracle Fusion Cloud and Strata applications.
• Analyze business processes to improve efficiency, automation, and data quality.
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Research, HR, and operations to gather requirements.
• Recommend configuration changes, enhancements, and new functionality.
• Participate in system upgrades, patch testing, regression testing, and deployments.
• Support Chart of Accounts optimization and financial system enhancements.
• Design, develop, validate, and maintain enterprise reports and dashboards.
• Provide end-user support and troubleshoot issues.
• Lead or participate in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, training, and go-live support.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, processes, and training materials.
