Job summary

Bel Brands' Nampa, ID plant seeks an Inventory Specialist to partner with purchasing, production, and supply chain leadership to ensure ERP scheduling accuracy and on-hand materials for production. The role includes traceability and recall activities using the ERP system (VIF) and requires strong collaboration across teams.

Candidates should have 3+ years in inventory/production control and ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/Asset Suite), plus solid organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Inventory/Production Control or similar.
• Experience with ERP software (SAP, Oracle, Asset Suite).
• Strong understanding of production and supply chain principles.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage Manufacturing Orders (MO).
• Close MOs weekly/monthly in collaboration with Production.
• Establish and adjust manufacturing schedule to meet demand.
• Coordinate last-minute schedule changes and material availability.
• Run stock checks and resolve discrepancies with Purchasing.
• Lead weekly audits and cycle counts with Warehouse Supervisor.
• Support traceability and recall activities via ERP (VIF).
• Monitor inventory controls and lead improvements (FIFO/FEFO/5S).
