Job summary

Boston Scientific Corporation is seeking a hands-on Materials Handler Lead to manage a team performing put-away, replenishment, cycle-counts, pick and ship activities onsite.

You will drive Lean improvements, ensure GMP/ISO/SOP compliance, and partner with Quality while mentoring staff and coordinating training. Relocation and sponsorship are not offered; onsite five days per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years experience.
• 3 years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee workload distribution and productivity of the group.
• Monitor and report throughput, quality, and assignments.
• Respond to internal and external customer requests, assist staff with problem solving, inquiries, and handle escalated issues.
• Perform on‑the‑job training for employees to meet customer expectations and adhere to GMP, ISO, and SOP specifications.
• Apply Lean Principles to daily activities.
• Identify and implement process improvements; lead special projects and support management with HR issues.
• Use computers, printers, and handling equipment such as pallet jacks. Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, reaching, pulling, standing, and turning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

About the Role

Required Qualifications
