Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be detail oriented and accuracy a must.
• Computer literate, including word processing and spreadsheet programs.
• Three to five years as a top-level office administrator.
• Knowledge of ISO procedures and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Engineering, Purchasing, and Production to keep BOMs and pull kits accurate and up to date.
• Produce cycle counts for warehouse and count bins daily to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Escalate supply issues to ensure production orders are met and update management weekly.
• Maintain data in the parts database, including new part numbers and cross-references.
• Enter HS codes and COO and manage NAV database; run reports and resolve discrepancies.
