Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Production Inventory Specialist to manage the accurate movement of materials between inventory and production jobs in the M1 ERP system. You will issue materials to jobs, verify IDs, quantities, and sequence, and ensure on-hand accuracy while following SOPs.

You will also process receipts, RMAs, and miscellaneous entries, and perform daily adjustments to maintain inventory integrity on a production floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of experience in inventory, warehouse, production, or materials handling preferred; manufacturing environment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Issue materials from inventory to production jobs in M1 using Material Issue Entry and verify Job ID, assembly and sequence information.
• Process miscellaneous receipts and PO receipts to bring inventory on hand.
• Process RMA receipts and routing items to inspection as required.
• Perform daily Inventory Adjustments and investigate discrepancies between physical counts and system on-hand quantities.
