Job summary

Apex Geotech Solutions is seeking a Production Inventory Specialist to manage the flow of materials between inventory and production jobs using the M1 ERP system. You will ensure accurate issue and receipt transactions, verify quantities, and maintain precise on-hand records in alignment with SOPs.

You will collaborate with Site Inventory, production, and the Supply Chain team to support smooth production and reliable data. The role involves physical lifting and standing on the production floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of experience in inventory, warehouse, or materials handling.
• Experience with ERP/inventory systems, preferably M1 (ECI).

Responsibilities

• Issue materials from inventory to production jobs in M1, including job materials.
• Verify Job ID, job type, assembly, and material/operation sequence before issuing.
• Confirm on-hand quantities and enter accurate issue quantities, allow partial issues.
• Review detail lines before posting; posted issues move parts from inventory to jobs.
• Initiate and post material issue reversals when errors are found.
