Job summary

Apex Geotech Solutions seeks a Production Inventory Specialist to manage material movements between inventory and production in the M1 ERP system, ensuring that issues to jobs and receipts back to inventory are recorded accurately and on-hand quantities stay correct.

You will collaborate closely with the Site Inventory Manager, production personnel, and the broader Supply Chain team to support smooth production flow, strict SOP adherence, and reliable inventory data for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP/inventory management systems required.
• Strong attention to detail with quantities, part numbers, revisions, and costs.
• Ability to read and follow standard operating procedures precisely.

Responsibilities

• Issue materials from inventory to production jobs using M1 Material Issue Entry and update Job Materials List.
• Verify Job ID, job type, assembly, and material/operation sequence before issuing materials.
• Confirm on-hand quantities and enter accurate issue quantities, including partial issues when needed.
• Review all detail lines before posting; posted issues are final and cannot be edited.
• Initiate and post material issue reversals when errors are identified.
