Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Production Inventory Specialist to ensure accurate material movement between inventory and production jobs in the M1 ERP system. You will verify quantities, process issues and receipts, and maintain on-hand accuracy to support smooth production flow.

Collaboration with the Site Inventory Manager and cross-functional teams is essential as you follow SOPs, perform daily adjustments, and help resolve discrepancies while maintaining a safe, organized work area.

Qualifications

• Must have high attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Strong communication and collaboration across production and purchasing teams.
• Experience with ERP/inventory systems, especially M1 (ECI), is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Issue materials from inventory to production jobs in M1, ensuring accurate quantities.
• Process receipts and movements to inventory, including miscellaneous and PO receipts.
• Perform daily inventory adjustments and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and system data.
• Maintain organized transaction records and collaborate with site personnel to resolve material discrepancies.
