Job summary

Ibility is seeking a Senior Interface Testing Analyst to support a large Federal customer in Gaithersburg, MD. The role focuses on testing interfaces between Momentum Financials and external systems, developing test cases, and validating data mappings and processing across the ERP landscape.

The candidate will collaborate with government stakeholders and vendors, execute SIT/UAT testing, and ensure defects are tracked and resolved. A strong self-starter with clear communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8 years total professional experience, including Momentum Financials or another ERP.
• 4 years testing experience with test scripts and defect resolution.
• Experience testing interfaces between ERP and external systems.
• Experience using Oracle SQL to query and analyze database records.
• Review requirements, ICDs, data mappings to build test scenarios.
• Knowledge of federal financial processes and testing strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to document results clearly.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan iterative interface testing and defects management.
• Review requirements, ICDs, data mappings, and diagrams to define test coverage.
• Develop and update test plans and scripts for interfaces including positive/negative tests.
• Execute interface testing; validate file transfers, data mappings, and business rules.
• Use Momentum Front End and DB to validate processing and reconciliation results.
• Document evidence, maintain defect log, and prepare status reports.
