Job summary

The State of Nevada, Governors Finance Office, CORE.NV ERP team in Carson City, NV seeks IT professionals to support data, configurations, reports, and integrations across ERP components. Roles include Integrations & Interface Development with potential expansion into Security, Reporting, Configuration, or Data Migration.

Incumbents will analyze, design, develop, test, deploy, and support procedures to ensure ERP integrity and compliance for multiple agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or closely related field and five years of professional IT experience relevant to the duties.
• Two years of advanced journey level experience in information security; or supervisory/project management capacity.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience as described above.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analyses and determine end-user requirements through consultation with end-users, technicians, vendors, management, and others.
• Maintain documentation related to the IT specialization’s architecture, operations, and other work records.
• Stay current with technological trends and security practices, laws, policies and ethics.
• Prepare purchase requests and write technical requirements for grant proposals.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
