Job summary
Vertiv Corporation in Anderson, SC seeks an Integration and Process Improvement Engineer to align engineering workflows with ERP/PLM, BOM data, and manufacturing execution. You will drive standardization, change governance, and data integrity while enabling automation and digital transformation.
The role partners with IT, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality to deliver scalable solutions and measurable improvements in engineering performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelors in engineering or related field required.

- 3+ years in engineering operations or related roles.
- Experience with Oracle ERP and/or Oracle PLM systems.
- Experience supporting ERP/PLM integrations.
- Knowledge of BOM management, revision control, and ECO processes.
- Experience creating SOPs, workflows, and governance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with KPI dashboards and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle ERP/PLM deployment, migration, and optimization with cross-functional teams.
- Own engineering process documentation, SOPs, and governance artifacts.
- Drive optimization of design release, production handoff, and BOM management.
- Develop KPI dashboards and reports to monitor performance.
- Lead continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma and digital tools.
