Job summary

Infosys Limited in Addison, Texas seeks a Package Consultant 2 to lead ERP customization and integration efforts across banking domain. You will participate in requirements, contribute to architecture, and implement features with attention to data flow and security. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and clients is essential.

The role requires experience with ERP packages, APIs, ETL, and strong documentation. Onsite relocation and travel may be required; US work authorization is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; three years of progressive experience may substitute for each year of education.
• Experience with ERP packages, integration and architecture design in BFSI domains is preferred.
• Excellent communication, requirements gathering, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with APIs, data flows, ETL, and system interfaces.
• Previous onsite/offshore collaboration and Agile process exposure is desirable.
• US work authorized candidates are encouraged to apply; relocation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering and validate specifications with stakeholders.
• Assist in solution architecture and ERP module customization based on business needs.
• Develop and integrate features, perform code reviews, and ensure stability.
• Configure interfaces, conduct ETL processes, and manage data flow between ERP and other apps.
• Assess ERP performance and ensure security/compliance of customizations.
• Create documentation and deliver user training for knowledge transfer.
