Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Consultant 2 to drive ERP customization and implementation across business units. You will participate in requirements gathering, help tailor ERP modules, and ensure secure, compliant integrations with data flows to other applications.

You will develop features, review code, and create documentation while delivering user training to enable effective knowledge transfer and steady project progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• relocation and/or travel to work/project location may be required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements.
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications.
• Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.
