Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Consultant 3 in the United States to analyze complex ERP processes, design architecture, and drive customizations and integrations. You will lead data migrations, optimize performance, and ensure security compliance across large-scale projects.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage industry standards to deliver high-quality solutions while aligning with business goals. A strong focus on MES/ pharma domain enhances delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; three years of progressive experience may substitute.
• Willing to relocate and/or travel to work/project location in the United States.
• Eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship (Infosys cannot sponsor).

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirements.
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts.
• Design and implement advanced ERP customizations with the development team.
• Develop and implement integration workflows to connect ERP with external applications.
• Lead large-scale data migration strategies ensuring data integrity.
• Implement performance optimization, maintain security compliance, and drive audits.
• Create comprehensive documentation and lead training workshops for user groups.
