Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in ERP implementations or functional consulting.
• 2+ years of managing teams in senior leadership roles.
• Deep understanding of ERP systems and finance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the Customer Experience function.
• Recruit and lead a team of 15+ CX Leads and specialists.
• Collaborate with founders and teams to shape product roadmap.
