Job summary

DualEntry is seeking an AI ERP Implementations Lead in New York City to own end-to-end ERP implementations and long-term customer relationships, delivering best-in-class onboarding and go-live execution.

You will collaborate with the founders, product and engineering to shape the roadmap based on real customer feedback, establish and evolve implementation methodologies, and thrive in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of ERP implementations experience with at least 4–5 end‑to‑end projects.
• CPA or Big 4 background is highly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of ERP systems, finance workflows, and best practices.
• Customer-obsessed with the ability to solve complex problems in fast-moving startups.
• Willingness to own initiatives and operate with high autonomy.

As our AI ERP Implementations Lead, you’ll be owning relationships with our customers and working alongside the growing CX team to deliver the best‑in‑class customer experience from onboarding to go‑live.

This is an intense, hands‑on role with full ownership. We expect you to push for excellence and raise the bar.

• You’ll own end-to-end ERP implementations and long‑term customer relationships

• You’ll establish and evolve implementation methodologies, processes, and operational standards

What sets you up for success

• Hardcore work ethic and high agency
• 3-6+ years of experience in ERP implementations, ERP functional consulting, or accounting/advisory, having led at least 4-5 end‑to‑end projects
• Strong preference for an accounting or audit background (CPA or Big 4 is a major plus)
• Deep understanding of ERP systems, finance workflows, and implementation best practices
• You’re customer‑obsessed and love solving complex problems
• You thrive in fast‑moving, early‑stage environments with high ownership

Compensation & Benefits

• Equity: $55,000 - $75,000
• Base Salary: $170,000 - $250,000
• Commission: $20,000 - $40,000
