DualEntry is seeking an ERP implementations lead to own end-to-end implementations and maintain long-term customer relationships. You will drive onboarding and go-live execution while collaborating with founders, product, and engineering to shape the roadmap based on real customer feedback.

You’ll establish and evolve implementation methodologies, processes, and operational standards, challenging industry norms and driving rapid growth in a high-ownership, early-stage environment.

Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of ERP implementations experience and led 4-5 end-to-end projects.
• Strong preference for CPA or Big 4 background.
• Deep understanding of ERP systems and finance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ERP implementations and manage long-term customer relationships.
• Deliver onboarding and go-live execution.
