Guardian Software System is a leading technology company within the Embrace portfolio, specializing in a vertical enterprise resource planning (ERP) solution for the metal casting industry. We empower foundries to streamline operations, optimize efficiency, and achieve sustainable growth. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated ERP Implementation Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly focused and detail-oriented individual passionate about helping clients achieve their goals through our ERP product. The ERP Implementation Specialist will be responsible for implementing and maintaining ERP systems for our clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in ERP implementation, project management, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Work with clients to understand their business processes and requirements for an ERP system.
2. Configure and implement the Guardian ERP Solution based on client needs.
3. Provide training to clients on how to use the ERP system effectively.
4. Perform system testing and support during system go-live.
5. Provide ongoing support to ensure the ERP system functions properly.
6. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
7. Remotely access client sites for support, training, and software installation.

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience with ERP systems such as Epicor, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
• Strong technical skills with basic IT knowledge.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
• Experience or knowledge in the metal casting, foundry, and manufacturing industries is a plus.
