Procore Implementation Consultant

Duration: 6-month contract

Location: Remote

Hours: approximately 20 hours per week

Description:

Are you an experienced Procore user with a passion for streamlining construction workflows? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment, helping teams maximize the potential of cutting-edge technology? Our client is seeking a skilled Procore Implementation & Administration Specialist for a 6-month contract to support our growing portfolio of Procore implementation projects.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Procore Financials implementations for clients in construction, real estate, government, and education sectors.
• Facilitate initial discovery, scoping, project kickoffs, and see projects through to completion in conjunction with a junior business analyst
• Integrate Procore with Power BI for advanced reporting and analytics.
• Provide training and support to client teams on Procore functionalities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Procore Financials and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of construction management and financial processes.
• Polished and effective communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with Procore implementations.
• Experience working with construction companies, real estate developers, or public sector organizations.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in a consulting role.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
• As a contractor, including remote contractors, you may be required to complete a background check.
