Owens Corning is seeking an ERP Implementation Engineer/Specialist to drive deployment and optimization of the ERP platform across Doors manufacturing locations. You will standardize processes, support configuration, and enable successful adoption through training and change management.

The role partners with manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and operations to ensure scalable, data-driven improvements and long‑term operational excellence. Travel up to 75% is expected.

Qualifications

  • Strong coordination, problem solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support ERP implementation activities across Doors manufacturing locations.
  • Define, document, and standardize business processes with cross‑functional teams.
  • Participate in system configuration, testing, validation, and deployment.
  • Develop routings, labor standards, work centers, and production control data.
  • Collaborate on procurement integration and master data management.
  • Deliver change management plans and end-user training.
