Job summary

mazeed is seeking an ERP Success Specialist to guide clients from onboarding through long-term adoption. You will lead data migration, analyze financial processes, and advise on configurations to maximize system value.

Collaboration with commercial, product, and support teams is essential to deliver tailored ERP solutions. You will support demos, map requirements to ERP features, and drive client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a customer-facing role with ERP experience.
• Finance or Accounting background.
• Advanced English communication (C1) is required.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
• Understanding of financial reporting, data analysis, and ERP workflows.
• Basic understanding of data migration processes and ERP configuration steps.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding and data migration.
• Provide financial analysis and advisory to optimize processes.
• Act as trusted partner for client success and retention.
• Translate client needs into ERP configurations and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
• Support presales with ERP use-case expertise and demos.
• Monitor adoption and engagement to drive retention.
• Identify risks and propose data-driven improvements.
• Manage client support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
