Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an IT Business Applications Analyst III – ERP to lead Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP initiatives across SCM, HCM, Finance, EPM, and Payroll. You will translate business needs into solutions, guide implementation, troubleshoot complex issues, and mentor team members in a fully remote role for eligible US-based professionals.

Qualifications

• ERP experience with functional business applications and increasing responsibilities.
• Demonstrated Oracle Fusion Cloud design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support.
• Experience in SCM, HCM, Finance, EPM, or Payroll domains.
• Ability to assess requirements, document design decisions, and support enhancements.
• Strong communication and collaboration across technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP application initiatives: design, config, testing, implementation, maintenance and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
• Provide subject matter expertise on configuration, reporting, integrations, and admin tasks.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to align ERP solutions with business needs.
• Improve ERP functionality, supply chain processes, and performance.
• Gather requirements through stakeholder interviews and data analysis.
• Contribute to system planning, design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
