Jobgether is seeking an IT Business Applications Analyst III – ERP, fully remote for eligible US-based professionals. You will lead Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP initiatives across SCM, HCM, Finance, EPM, and Payroll, translating business needs into scalable technology solutions.

You will mentor colleagues, oversee implementation activities, and optimize workflows to improve organizational efficiency while collaborating with business partners and IT teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of ERP experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support.
• Experience in SCM, HCM, Finance, EPM, or Payroll domains.
• Ability to translate requirements into effective ERP solutions.
• Experience in testing, troubleshooting, and release support.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Proven project and change management experience.
• Healthcare/health system experience is a plus.
• Remote work eligibility in approved US states.

Responsabilités

• Lead ERP initiatives: design, configuration, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud in SCM, HCM, Finance, EPM, and Payroll.
• Advise partners on configuration, reporting, integrations, and admin.
• Collaborate with departments and IT to align ERP with objectives and operations.
• Identify and implement ERP process improvements and optimize workflows.
• Gather requirements via stakeholder interviews and data analysis.
• Support system planning, design, implementation, and troubleshooting.
• Deliver work within scope, communicate progress, risks, and issues.
• Train and mentor associate and intermediate ERP analysts.
