Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or corresponding experience in accounting, finance or business with accounting emphasis.
• 3+ years of accounting experience in a medium-sized manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry in Infor LN ERP and support CFO and accounting team.
• Manage customer and vendor accounting activities and bookkeeping.
• Support financial reporting and month-end close processes; GAAP-compliant documentation.
• Process receivables and payables, including invoicing and payments; support refunds and adjustments.
