Job summary

OEConnection LLC in the United States is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to deliver high-quality financial planning, reporting, analysis, and insights across the organization. You will support technology, marketing, and admin leadership with FP&A activities, lead month-end close, board reporting, budgeting, and rolling forecasts, and leverage AI tools to accelerate analyses.

A bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting with 5+ years of experience is required, with advanced Excel and experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; equivalent work experience considered.
  • Minimum 5 years progressive experience in financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent Excel and reporting system knowledge.
  • Ability to work in a lean, high-growth, PE-backed SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support Finance, Marketing, and Admin leadership with FP&A activities.
  • Assist with month-end close, variance analysis, and board/executive reports.
  • Contribute to annual budget, rolling forecast, and 3-year plan with leaders.

Job Summary

Delivers high-quality financial planning, reporting, analysis, and insights across the organization.

What You'll Do
  • Support s Technology, Marketing, and Admin istrative (Finance, HR, Legal, etc.) leadership with all FP&A activities.
  • Assist s with the month-end close process by r eview ing financial results and resolv ing variances, generat ing monthly board and executive financial statements, maintaining supporting schedules , and publish ing a variety of reports to inform and drive business decisions .
  • Participate s in annual budge t, rolling forecast , and 3-year strategic plan activities by p repar ing financial expense , balance sheet, and cash flow outlooks by collaborating with functional leaders .
  • Leverage s AI tools to accelerate analysis, improve the quality of financial narratives, and streamline recurring workflows .
  • Support s capitalized software tracking and ROI (Return on Investment) analysis in partnership with Technology and Accounting.
  • Aid s in M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) due diligence and acquisition integrations , and various ROI/investment analysis .
Education

A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required, with a focus in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline. In the absence of a degree, equivalent work experience directly related to the key responsibilities of the role will be considered as a substitute for the degree.

What You Bring

At least 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis .

Must also be able to demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills .
  • A bility to effectively communicate .
  • Able to use time, energy and resources to manage multiple priorities and meet deadline s and deliverables.
  • K nowledge of reporting systems (Hyperion, Workday Adaptive Planning , OneStream, etc.) and AI platforms Co-Pilot and Claude.
  • A dvanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • C omfort able operating in a lean, high-growth , private- equity backed SaaS and technology-enabled services environment where building, iterating, and improving are part of the daily rhythm .
  • Excellent business partnering skills and can work collaboratively across teams .
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and ownership.
  • Can easily adjust to shifts in priorities as the needs of the business change.
  • Able to work and thrive in a hybrid/remote work environment that has limited opportunities for in-person interactions.
  • Willing and able to attend virtual meetings with the laptop camera on.
