Job summary

Airbus Aerosystems Kinston seeks a Digital Finance Product Manager to guide the deployment of ERP/SAP-based finance solutions for the Kinston site and collaborate with the central ERP CoE. You will lead a local digital finance team and ensure alignment with global Finance strategy.

The role requires deep experience in ERP Finance, change management, and strong communication across multi-functional teams in North America. On-site role in Kinston, NC with relocation support as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
15 years of experience in Digital and/or Finance processes and their integration within an ERP environment (e.g., SAP FI, CO, PS, QM, S/4HANA) in a manufacturing or industrial context.
Experience with external suppliers and multi-functional international teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the transition of Digital Finance solutions at the Kinston site and coordinate with the central SAP ERP CoE.
Be the focal point between local teams and the central Finance CoE, ensuring alignment on SAP Finance solutions.
Steer the creation and stabilization of Digital Finance activities with global teams and regional domains.
