Job summary

Apex Group Ltd (UK Branch) is seeking a Digital Finance Product Owner to lead the roadmap for digital finance solutions. You will translate finance needs into features, manage the backlog, and collaborate with Finance, Technology, Data, and Operations to deliver scalable products.

The role requires 5+ years in product management or related finance disciplines, with ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Dynamics) and strong stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Product Management, Finance Transformation, Financial Systems, Business Analysis, or related disciplines.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, MBA, or Product Owner certifications are advantageous.
• Agile/Scrum Product Owner certification preferred
• Strong understanding of finance processes including accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and controls.
• Experience with ERP and finance platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Dynamics, Anaplan, or OneStream.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product management practices.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the roadmap for digital finance products and platforms.
• Translate finance requirements into product features, user stories, and priorities.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog aligned with strategic objectives.
• Partner with Finance, Technology, Data, and Operations teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Drive enhancements across ERP, planning, reporting, analytics, and automation platforms.
• Support Agile delivery processes including sprint planning, testing, and release management.
• Monitor product performance, user adoption, and stakeholder feedback for continuous improvement.
• Ensure solutions meet governance, risk, compliance, and financial control requirements.
