Job summary

Shoals Technologies Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager – ERP & Enterprise Systems to lead strategic technology initiatives supporting our fast-growing manufacturing operations.

This role drives ERP implementations, SDLC management, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to deliver scalable enterprise solutions. A strategic leader will ensure on-time delivery and program governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience leading large-scale enterprise technology initiatives.
• 5+ years of experience managing ERP implementation or transformation projects within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience leading NetSuite ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, or optimization projects.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain processes, inventory management, procurement, and financial systems.
• Proven experience managing projects through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience leading cross-functional teams consisting of business users, developers, analysts, QA personnel, system integrators, and third-party vendors.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP and enterprise application projects, including planning, design, development, implementation, testing, deployment, and project closure.
• Manage large-scale ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, and optimization initiatives, with a strong preference for NetSuite ERP experience.
• Partner with business stakeholders to align ERP capabilities with manufacturing, supply chain, finance, inventory management, procurement, and operational objectives.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, business process mapping, solution design, and system configuration activities.
• Ensure ERP solutions support current operational needs while enabling future growth and scalability.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, resource plans, budgets, and communication strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams consisting of business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, consultants, business analysts, developers, and QA resources.
• Manage project scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and budgets to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Establish project governance processes and provide regular status reporting to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain delivery commitments.
• Facilitate solution architecture discussions and support system design decisions that align with business and technical requirements.
• Apply SDLC methodologies and ensure scalable, secure solutions are delivered.
