Job summary

Shoals Technologies Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager – ERP & Enterprise Systems to drive strategic ERP initiatives across manufacturing operations. You will lead large-scale ERP projects from planning through deployment, partnering with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in ERP implementations (NetSuite preferred), SDLC management, and Agile delivery within a manufacturing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
8+ years of project management experience leading large-scale enterprise technology initiatives.
5+ years of experience managing ERP implementation or transformation projects within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ERP and enterprise application projects, including planning, design, development, implementation, testing, deployment, and project closure.
Manage large-scale ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, and optimization initiatives, with a strong preference for NetSuite ERP experience.
Partner with business stakeholders to align ERP capabilities with manufacturing, supply chain, finance, inventory management, procurement, and operational objectives.
Facilitate requirements gathering, business process mapping, solution design, and system configuration activities.
