Job summary

Shoals Technologies Group in Tennessee is seeking an experienced Project Manager – ERP & Enterprise Systems to lead strategic technology initiatives that support our fast-growing manufacturing operations. You will partner with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to deliver ERP projects from concept through deployment.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in project management for enterprise tech, 5+ years in manufacturing ERP implementations, and NetSuite expertise.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of PM experience leading large enterprise tech initiatives.
• 5+ years ERP implementations in manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading NetSuite ERP implementations and upgrades.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, and finance systems.
• PMP or Agile certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP and enterprise projects: planning, design, development, deployment, and closure.
• Manage large-scale ERP upgrades, integrations, and optimization with NetSuite focus.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, manufacturing, supply chain, finance.
• Develop project plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, and governance.
• Oversee SDLC, testing, UAT, deployment, and production readiness.
• Guide Agile teams, remove roadblocks, and foster continuous improvement.

This role will be responsible for managing complex enterprise projects with a strong focus on ERP implementations, manufacturing systems, NetSuite, system design, and software development lifecycle (SDLC) management.As a member of the Shoals PMO, this individual will partner closely with Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, IT, and external vendors to successfully deliver enterprise technology solutions that improve efficiency, scalability, and business performance.
