Job summary

Rio Tinto is seeking an experienced ERP & Enterprise Applications Lead to shape, select and implement the future ERP and enterprise applications environment. You will define the landscape, lead migration and integration, and work across technology, finance, supply chain, manufacturing and operations to deliver scalable solutions.

This is a rare opportunity to help define the ERP in a major transformation, with ownership and influence in a new standalone tech environment within a larger Rio Tinto

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ERP implementations, transformations or migrations.
• Experience project managing major ERP or enterprise application programmes.
• Broad enterprise applications experience beyond a single system or module.
• Experience with major ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Infor, IFS, Microsoft Dynamics, Epicor, QAD or similar.
• Strong understanding of ERP integration, application architecture and data migration.
• Experience managing ERP implementation partners and technology vendors.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across technology and business.

• Lead ERP selection, implementation and transformation programmes.
• Help define the future ERP and enterprise applications landscape.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions across functions.
• Oversee ERP migration, integration, implementation and deployment activities.
• Manage ERP implementation partners and technology vendors.
• Ensure effective integration between ERP and broader enterprise applications.
• Support architecture, data migration and technology transition activities.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across technology, finance, supply chain, manufacturing and operations.
