Job summary

Enpal in Berlin is seeking an Engineering Manager ERP to lead the ERP engineering team responsible for the agentic D365 F&O platform and AI-native layer. You will steer the transition from a customized landscape to a clean-core, standard platform and build the capability to deliver agentic extensions and integrations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Engineering Manager or Tech Lead with strong people leadership.
• In-depth expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or AX/AX2012 including customization and integration.
• Experience assessing ERP technical landscape and translating findings into actionable roadmaps.
• Hands-on software engineering background (C#, X++, .NET, Azure).
• Experience with AI-native delivery models and integration design.

Responsibilities

• Define ERP engineering strategy and transition to a clean-core platform.
• Oversee end-to-end D365 F&O development and integrations with quality and governance.
• Implement DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for reliable releases.
• Design integrations with CRM, IoT, Azure, Snowflake, and Microsoft AI platform.
• Lead and grow ERP development teams across multiple entities.
