Job summary

MGA Entertainment seeks an experienced ERP Lead to drive technical aspects across product development, security compliance, and system integration for D365FO/AX environments.

You will supervise a WMS/Technical Analyst team, oversee data migrations, and ensure secure, compliant ERP operations in Chatsworth, CA. This role reports to management and requires strong leadership and engineering background.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mechanical or computer engineering.
• 4+ years as ERP Lead, Systems Analyst, or Software Engineer.
• 4 years in D365FO/AX with Customizations, SSRS Reports, and Data Migration.
• 4 years in security/compliance in D365FO/AX and D365FO integrations with WMS/EDI.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical aspects across all stages of product development.
• Oversee ERP security, access controls, risk assessments, and remediation.
• Analyze CIS efficiency and report progress to management.
• Oversee architecture and migrations to D365, plus customizations.
