Job summary

Fiserv is seeking a Senior Product Partnership Manager to lead Snap Pay’s ERP ecosystem, embedding payments into enterprise software platforms. You will define partnership strategy, nurture relationships with ERP providers, and drive revenue-generating integrations across SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, and Microsoft.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product partnerships, strategic partnerships, business development, ecosystem management, or related commercial leadership roles.
• 5+ years building partnerships from scratch across multiple GTM motions (referral, reseller, white-label).
• 6+ years working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDE, Microsoft, etc) or similar enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Snap Pay ERP partnership and ecosystem strategy for lead generation and revenue growth.
• Lead commercial discussions with partners including contract terms, pricing, revenue-sharing, and agreements.
• Create business cases, forecasts, and models to evaluate opportunities and measure ROI.
